bee-keeperYou can permanently delete your bee-keeper account and all of its data at any time — in the app or by email.
In the app (immediate)
Open bee-keeper, open the menu at the top right, go to Account and choose Delete account, then confirm. Your account and its data are removed straight away.
By email
Or write to support@bee-keeper.org from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We complete the deletion within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your profile, email address and username
- Apiaries, hives, inspections, treatments, feeding, harvests and varroa records
- Photos you uploaded
- Community posts, comments, marketplace listings and direct messages
What we may keep
Backups are purged within 30 days of deletion. We keep only the minimum records the law requires — for example the payment and invoice records held by our Merchant of Record, Creem — for the period the law requires. These contain no beekeeping data.
