bee-keeperbee-keeper Premium is a recurring subscription, billed monthly, every 3 months, or yearly. Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record and authorized reseller.
Every account starts with a 7-day free trial with full access — you are only charged if you choose to subscribe.
You can cancel anytime, either in the app under Account → Subscription, or by emailing [email protected]. Cancelling stops future renewals; your Premium stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for.
If you are not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of a charge at [email protected] and we will refund that charge in full.
After 14 days we do not refund the remainder of a period that has already started, but you keep Premium until it ends and will not be charged again once you cancel.
Refunds are returned to your original payment method through Paddle. For any billing question, write to [email protected].
